Medical Services and Consent

All medical and aesthetic procedures at Trusta Clinic are performed by licensed medical professionals. Prior to any procedure, you will receive a full consultation and explanation of the proposed treatment, including potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. Informed written consent is required before any procedure is performed. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent at any time before a procedure commences.

Results from aesthetic treatments and procedures may vary between individuals. Trusta Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes and cannot be held liable for natural variations in treatment results.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Pricing

All prices for consultations and treatments are provided at the time of booking or during your consultation. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card, and approved health insurance. Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior billing arrangement has been established with your insurance provider.

Deposits

Certain treatments or packages may require an advance deposit to confirm your booking. Deposit amounts and conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds

Refunds for pre-paid packages or deposits are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase. Consultations that have been conducted and treatments that have been performed are non-refundable. Unused sessions within valid package periods may be eligible for partial credit at the clinic’s discretion.

Health Insurance

Trusta Clinic works with select health insurance providers. It is your responsibility to verify your coverage before your appointment. We recommend contacting your insurer to confirm that the intended service is covered under your plan. In the event that a claim is denied by your insurer, you remain responsible for full payment of services received.

Training Programs

Trusta Clinic offers certified professional training programs in aesthetic medicine and beauty therapy. The following terms apply specifically to training program participants:

• Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm enrollment
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a credit note or rescheduling
• Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable
• Trusta Clinic reserves the right to modify course content, dates, or instructors without prior notice in exceptional circumstances
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course assessment requirements
• Training course materials provided are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written consent

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Trusta Clinic’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, training materials, and intellectual property displayed on our website and clinic premises are the property of Trusta Clinic or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be referred to informal mediation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
