If you are searching for reliable dental implants? Trusta Medical Center has 25 years of combined experience behind its implant work, and our dentists have seen just about every kind of case that walks in. Single tooth or full arch, you will hear honestly what your jaw can take.
Every case starts with a scan and an examination. You see the images, you hear the plan, and nothing is booked until you understand what the treatment involves.
Our DHA licensed implant surgeons plan every case from a 3D CBCT scan and place certified implant systems with a long clinical record behind them. You end up with a tooth that holds, looks right, and lasts. Book your implant consultation and find out where you stand.
An implant is a small titanium post that stands in for the root of the tooth. It goes into the jawbone, the bone grows around it over the following months, and once it is properly solid we fit the crown on top.
The root is the part that does the real work. Bridges and dentures replace the bit you can see. An implant replaces the bit you cannot, which is why the jaw carries on behaving as though the tooth never left.
Bone stays strong because teeth put load through it every time you chew. Take the tooth away and the load goes with it. The bone in that spot starts to shrink, and most of that loss happens in the first year.
The teeth either side then drift into space, the opposite tooth drops down looking for something to bite against, and the bite slowly changes shape. What began as one missing tooth turns into a bite problem that costs far more to fix.
Our dentists say this plainly because timing genuinely matters here. An implant placed early is a simpler treatment than one placed after three years of bone loss.
All three replace a missing tooth. They are not the same treatment and they do not last the same way.
A bridge relies on the teeth on either side of the gap. Those teeth get filed down to carry it, which means altering two healthy teeth to replace one missing one. Bridges work well and they go in quickly, but the bone underneath the gap keeps shrinking.
A denture is removable, non-surgical and the fastest route to having teeth again. It also moves while you eat, needs relining as the ridge changes shape, and does nothing to protect the bone.
An implant stands on its own. Nothing gets done to the neighbouring teeth, the bone keeps its job, and with proper care it lasts decades. Long-term studies comparing tooth-replacement options consistently show implants holding up over 10+ years better than fixed bridges. than pretending otherwise.
One implant, one crown, and the teeth on either side left completely alone. This is the most common case we treat, and the result is a tooth you stop thinking about after a fortnight.
Several teeth missing in a row rarely need an implant for each one. Two implants can carry a bridge across three or four teeth, which keeps the surgery smaller and the treatment shorter. Our implant dentist works out the right number from your scan.
Where most or all of the teeth in a jaw are gone, four to six implants can carry a fixed set of teeth across the whole arch. The implants at the back are angled to catch the denser bone, which often avoids the grafting that traditional full-mouth implants would need. Patients who have lived with a loose lower denture usually describe this as the biggest change of the lot.
In some cases we can remove a failing tooth and place the implant in the same visit, and fit a temporary tooth so you never walk around with a gap. It depends entirely on the bone and on whether there is infection at the site. Our dentist will tell you at the consultation whether you are one of those cases.
Some patients do. An implant needs enough bone around it to hold, and years without a tooth, gum disease or a difficult extraction can all leave the ridge too thin or too short.
Grafting rebuilds that. It adds a few months to the timeline and it is far more routine than it sounds. In the upper back jaw, where the sinus sits close to the ridge, a sinus lift does a similar job.
Gum health matters just as much as bone volume here. Active gum disease has to be treated before any implant goes in, which is why our periodontics team gets involved early where the gums need work first.
Consultation and 3D scan: We examine the site, take imaging that shows bone height and width, and check the position of the nerve and the sinus. This is where we find out what is possible.
Our implant dentist chooses the implant size and position, and plans the crown that will sit on it. Planning the tooth first and the implant second is what makes the final result look right.
The implant goes in under local anaesthetic, and the appointment is shorter than most patients expect. Discomfort afterwards is usually less than an extraction.
The bone grows onto the implant surface over the next few months. You wear a temporary tooth in the meantime if the gap shows when you smile.
Once the implant is solid, we take a scan and fit your final crown. Shade, shape and bite are all matched to the teeth around it, and our ceramic and composite restorations team handles that part.
We check the implant, the bite and the gum around it, then keep an eye on all three at your regular visits.
Placement takes one appointment. The waiting is the long part, because bone heals at its own speed and there is no shortcut worth taking. For a straightforward single implant, expect three to six months from placement to final crown. Add a graft and it stretches further. Full-arch cases often give you fixed temporary teeth much sooner, with the permanent bridge fitted once everything has settled.
Our dentist gives you the timeline for your own case at the consultation, not a general one.
Implants have a very high success rate. When one does fail, the reason is usually predictable, and most of those reasons can be dealt with before treatment starts.
Our dentists screen for every one of these before placing anything. Where we find something, we treat it first. That is slower, and it is the reason our patients keep their implants.
Most adults are. What we look for is enough healthy bone, gums in good condition and general health that supports healing. Being told elsewhere that you do not have enough bone is not the end of it. Grafting, sinus lifts and angled full-arch techniques cover a lot of ground that traditional implants cannot. Bring your scans and let our implant dentist take a proper look.
Where implants genuinely are not the right answer, you will hear that too. Nobody here will put an implant into a jaw that is not ready for one.
An implant does not decay. The gum and bone holding it can still get infected, and that is what you are protecting.
Brush and floss it exactly like a natural tooth, use the interdental brushes we give you, and keep your cleaning appointments. Patients who do those three things tend to keep their implants for decades. Patients who disappear for four years are the ones we end up treating for problems that were avoidable.
Our clinic sits in Downtown Dubai, within easy reach of Business Bay, DIFC and City Walk. Implant patients come back to us several times across a treatment, so being easy to get to genuinely counts.
No two implant cases are priced the same, because no two jaws are the same. What moves it is the number of implants, whether you need extractions or grafting first, the type of crown or bridge on top, and how much planning the case takes.
Your dentist sets all of that out after the scan, so you know the full plan before anything begins.
Gaps get more complicated the longer they sit there. Our implant dentists have seen enough of them to tell you exactly where yours stands, and what it will take to close it.
